Please mark your calendars for our fifth annual Westlake – Bay Village Rotary Art Festival

Welcome to the 5th Annual Westlake – Bay Village Rotary Art Festival, proudly presented by the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary! This year, the festival will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, just west of the Westlake Porter Public Library. Admission is free for all, and parking will be conveniently located next-door at Westlake Elementary School.

This beloved annual event features dozens of talented artists, live music throughout the day, delicious food, and engaging activities for the whole family. More than just a celebration of creativity, the festival supports meaningful community initiatives, from local high school scholarships to funding for programs with Meals on Wheels and Providence Crisis Nursery.

As part of Rotary International, a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, and leaders, the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary is proud to unite art with action to create lasting change. Proceeds from the festival go directly back into the community — funding essential projects like building beds for children, gifts during the holiday season for families, and assistance for people with special needs.

Meet JoAnn DePolo: Northeast Ohio’s Featured Artist at the Westlake-Bay Village Rotary Annual Art Fest

The Westlake-Bay Village Rotary Club is delighted to announce JoAnn DePolo as the featured artist for our 5th Annual Art Fest! A celebrated artist, educator, and author, JoAnn’s work and creative journey are deeply rooted in Northeast Ohio, where her bold abstract paintings and innovative artistic vision have earned her international acclaim.

JoAnn’s artistic career began with photography, but her transition to painting unlocked a world of vibrant expression. Her captivating cityscapes, serene waterscapes, and dynamic abstracts have been showcased across the globe and are part of prestigious collections, including those of celebrities such as Peter Max, Aretha Franklin, and Kenny Loggins. Her work reflects the dynamic currents of contemporary culture while drawing inspiration from her sons’ orchestral compositions, which she translates into stunning visual masterpieces.
